Mariquita Jenny Moberly was the was a painter of figures, animals and landscapes. She studied art in Germany and under Carolus-Duran in Paris. She exhibited extensively at the Royal Academy, Suffolk Street and the New Watercolour Society. Noted for her fine paintngs of animals and children.
